Sabina & Greg love food, plain and simple!

We welcome our guests and look forward to serving them the way we eat at home: local, sustainable, organic, ethical and seasonal Montana grown and produced foods.  We care a great deal where our food comes from and how it is produced, we pride ourselves on serving the best and tastiest we can.

We are able to accommodate dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan preferences with 24-48 hours advanced notice.

We are proud to offer you a unique Montana food experience, using only the best Mother Nature offers. Our menu changes based on seasonality and availability and we thank you for your understanding.

Breakfast

Enjoy your breakfast with other guests in our Montana Seasons dinning room, or sun filled east facing back deck, or on the Inn’s covered porch with spectacular views of Electric Peak and the Yellowstone River.

A complimentary home cooked from scratch breakfast buffet is served daily. The main egg dish and side dish, which alternate daily, vary according to season and availability. We have a selection of fresh baked pastries, hot oatmeal, cold cereals, granola, fresh brewed coffee, a collection of teas, hot chocolate, juice, or milk.

Our breakfast is served May – October, the hot dishes are available from 7 am – 9 am, the cereals and drinks are available until 10 am.  If you’d like to come to breakfast a bit later or are unable to join us, please notify the front desk.

Lunch

In the summer time we offer lunches-to-go: we have a choice of sandwiches and salads, and the lunch includes bottle of water, same day made from scratch cookie, choice of veggie or fruit, and choice of chips. We can provide guests with coolers and ice packs upon request.  Please see the front desk staff for menu and orders forms.

 

We take pride in offering as many local, sustainable, organic, ethical and seasonal Montana grown and produced foods as possible.  These are some of our vendors:

Market Day Foods (Bozeman, MT) which brings Montana the best in local, sustainably grown and produced foods.

The bison breakfast sausage comes to us from Rancho Picante’s (Bozeman, MT) grass fed and grass finished bison where they do not use hormones or antibiotics, practice low-stress livestock handling and sustainable stewardship practices.

The pork and goat cheese come to us from Amaltheia Dairy (Belgrade, MT).

Dinner

We will be happy to offer dinner recommendations, ranging from casual to fine dining, in Gardiner, Yellowstone National Park, Paradise Valley, Livingston, Bozeman, and beyond.  Please see the front desk staff for menus and more information
