Dining

Sabina & Greg love food, plain and simple!

They welcome you, their guests, to your new dining experience, where they serve you the way they eat a home: local, sustainable, organic seasonal Montana grown and produced foods.  They care a great deal where our food comes from and how it is produced, they pride themselves on serving the best and tastiest they can with the help of Chef Kristina – graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York.

We are able to accommodate dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan preferences with 24-48 hours advanced notice.

We are proud to offer you a unique Montana food experience, using only the best Mother Nature offers. Our menu changes based on seasonality and availability and we thank you for your understanding.

Breakfast

Enjoy your breakfast with other guests in our Montana Seasons dinning room, or sun filled east facing back deck, or on the Inn’s covered porch with spectacular views of Electric Peak and the Yellowstone River.

A complimentary home cooked from scratch breakfast buffet is served daily. The main egg dish and side dish, which alternate daily, vary according to season and availability and Chef Kristina and Mariya’s inspirations. We have a selection of fresh baked pastries, hot oatmeal, cold cereals, granola, fresh brewed Pacific Green Coffee coffee, a collection of teas, hot chocolate, juice, or milk.

Lunches

We offer lunches-to-go: we have a choice of sandwiches and salads, and the lunch includes bottle of water, same day made from scratch cookie, choice of veggie or fruit, and choice of chips. We can provide guests with coolers and ice packs upon request.

Montana Seasons menu

The poultry and produce come from Market Day Foods (Bozeman, MT) which brings Montana the best in local, sustainably grown and produced foods.

The grass fed, grass finished, sustainable beef comes to us from Montana Meat Co. (Bozeman, MT) and from Eagle Ridge Ranch, Wilsall, MT.

The grass fed and grass finished bison comes to us from Rancho Picante (Bozeman, MT) where they do not use hormones or antibiotics, practice low-stress livestock handling and sustainable stewardship practices.

The pork and goat cheese come to us from Amaltheia Dairy (Belgrade, MT).

The trout and salmon come to us from Trout Culture (Paradise Valley, MT).

And when the Montana weather does not cooperate we subsidize our produce from Charlie’s Produce, who supplies us with organic produce from the Northwest.

BYOB: since we do not have a beer and wine license we will gladly provide you glass wear and NO corkage fee for your beverages of choice.  We recommended stopping by and visiting:

Gardiner Market in Gardiner which has a great selection of beer and wine, they’re also a Montana State Liquor Store. They carry full lines of national liquors as well as a special Local Spirits collection. Sorry, no sales on Sundays or holidays by law.

The Gourmet Cellar in Livingston, MT (45 miles North of Gardiner, right off Interstate 90, at exit 333) carries over 400 wines, in all price ranges, from Spain, France, and Italy along with many South American, South African and Australian selections. They also offer a wide variety of wines from California and the Pacific Northwest.

Due to great food and limited space in our dinning room, reservations are strongly encouraged.

Please reserve your table by calling 1-800-624-3364, or at the Front Desk at check-in or before leaving for the day.

We regret that we can only hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your reserved time. If you are going to be late for your reservation, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you when another table opens up.

If we can not accommodate you for dinner, we will be happy to offer dinner recommendations, ranging from casual to fine dining, in Gardiner, Yellowstone National Park, Paradise Valley, Livingston, Bozeman, and beyond.

Our restaurant recommendations will reflect our above food philosophy.
